GOODBYE February, HELLO March!

Of course I can't believe it's March, but I'm so over the cold weather I wish it were June! Here are a few things I was loving in February!

Simple Replenishing Moisturizer has to be one of the best facial moisturizers I've ever used, and I've tried my fair few. It's light on the skin but I can absolutely notice a difference if I don't use it under my foundation. At a very affordable price, this is one of my staple skin care routine items. Find Simple here.

Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara has no joke changed my eyelash game. I normally am a drug store mascara gal, but this came in the Tarte's Sweet Indulgences Holiday Collection (see blog post review here) and it was an instant love. I have extremely long lashes that need help staying curled and need lots of volume. This mascara does it all. It has the perfect formula that's in-between wet and dry. Usually I have to let mascaras sit for a week or two after purchasing to get them to the formula I prefer (for instance the Benefit's They're Real mascara was so incredibly wet to me) but this one is perfect. It's great straight away and I will always have one in my collection, even if I go back to drugstore mascaras! Find Lights, Camera, Lashes here

NYX HD Concealer is hands down out of this world good. The formula is creamy and has the coverage you want out of a good concealer. My favorite way to apply this, because it is a highlighting concealer, is under my eyes for a brightening effect. I apply a concealer that is a shade darker and then mix this in right under my lash line in a triangle shape that gives the perfect natural highlight. It's really hard finding a shade of concealer light enough for my pale skin in these cold winter months but I couldn't recommend this enough! Find NYX Concealer here.

Loreal True Match Foundation is officially my holy grail drugstore foundation. I've heard so many people say it's their holy grail product, but you know how that goes, sometimes it takes a while to jump on the bandwagon. I have normal/dry skin and don't need a ton of coverage, but I do have some rosacea that I like to cover. Just a thin layer of this works perfectly, but it has the ability to be built up. I don't feel like I am wearing makeup when I have this on, and the formula buffs beautifully into the skin. At an insanely reasonable price, this foundation should be a staple for everyone. Find True Match here

OPI Nail Laquer in Candy Apple is THE. PERFECT. RED! This is a beautiful true red that is exactly what you think of when you want a statement nail. It's been my favorite for a few months but I've been rocking it the entire month of February. The formula stays on for almost a week without chipping, and without a top coat! OPI is sold at Target, which is where I found mine. Find it here.

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb. There may be no words for this perfume. I received this as a gift last Christmas from my boyfriend and it is just the perfect winter scent for me. It's deep, sexy, a little musky (which I normally don't go for) but it smells expensive yet beautiful. It's a wearable scent that is powerful but not too overdone for everyday. I definitely wouldn't wear this in the summer months as I tend to go for a clean, lighter scent when it's warm, but for now, this perfume is absolute perfection. Find yours here

What have you been loving this month? I'm so excited for March, warmer (hopefully!) temps, and more adventures!

XOXO,
E
