Coastal Scents: Revealed 2 Palette

I am SO excited to finally have my hands on this beautiful palette! After eyeing it online for a while, I finally decided to take the plunge and purchase it. Costal Scents was running a special that day (I receive their e-mails when they have deals on all of their palettes!) The original cost for this baby is $19.95, but they were having a sale and I snagged it for $12.95. Not much difference, but in my mind it made up for the shipping cost so it was a done deal! 

One of the main reasons I was so interested in this palette is because of the hype I've read about it being a close dupe for the Naked 3 palette by Urban Decay. Mind you, I don't have the Naked 3 because I just can't see myself spending $50+ on eye shadow. That being said, I have played with it many many times in Ulta and Sephora, and it is a gorgeous palette. 

The gorgeous rose-gold colors in these shadows are just perfect. You really can't beat that you get 20 shadows in this palette that include mattes, shimmers and a few with more of a sheen to them. These beauties blend out so well and can compliment any eye color. They are very creamy and velvety with unreal, amazing pigment payoff. 

 The first set of swatches are, as you can tell, much lighter and harder to see. They are just all on the lighter side, but unfortunately this is mainly because of my poor lighting. Sorry!

Overall this palette is absolutely AMAZING and I cannot wait to play around with it and see how many looks I can create. I can't say enough good things and it always feels good to have money in your pocket after snagging an amazing deal! Coastal Scents - you have definitely impressed me!
